Abandoned HOARDER House Full of Vintage Electronics
The previous owner bought this house in 2016 for 1.4 million dollars for land value only. The previous occupant was a hoarder and collector of mostly vintage electronics. The hoarding took place outside and inside the home. Searching Google Earth it showed the property just full vehicles and items. There was a number of complaints from the city and neighbours to remove all the items from the property and inside the home as it was fire hazard and eyesore. The former occupant ended up being evicted in 2021 and the house has been abandoned since. The property will now be developed and new luxury homes will be built in its place.

Large Shipwreck in the Canadian Wilderness | The Lost Dredges | Destination Adventure
Discovery has not necessarily been a passion of mine, but more a desire. It is not often that we can truly discover something in this day and age, but exploring remote BC surely gives you the opportunity to get close to it. I have been fortunate to travel pretty extensively over the past decade, and this dredge has come up in conversation only one time. Finding this was a truly remarkable feeling, and to do it with the new rig was just the icing on the cake. I took a big risk building this truck, both with the channel and financially, but just seeing the ease of this first adventure, I know it will pan out.
Taking the motorhome on this look a few years ago was a critically important step to my growth as a traveler and film maker, even though I didn't realize it at the time. I left f...

"Exploration in the Canadian Arctic"
François Cartier and Guislaine Lemay, McCord Museum
Exploration of the Arctic has been a facet of Canadian history from the arrival of the first Europeans in North America until today. The main motivation behind European expeditions to this terra incognita is to seek a navigable passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific. The country that discovers this route will have direct access to the wealth of the Orient.

I left for that trip completely ill equipped and unprepared, but the MoHo took care of me. Sure we had some overheating issues, fridge issues and furnace issues, but it was the beginning of my travel life as an independent creator, and I would not change a thing. This is the first big off highway, out of service trip in the new rig, and we definitely had a couple of hiccups, but it is already such an improvement.
I can not wait to see where this baby will take us, and I am so happy, excited and proud to have you join for the adventure.

As my biggest exploration to date, I have now put all 3 parts of the exploration together into one full-length, complete video for easier viewing.
For any that have yet to see this fascinating place, you are in for a treat, and for those that may have already seen the previous 3-part series, I want to thank you for the amazing support.
Anyox is a copper mining ghost town in a remote part of British Columbia, Canada located on the shores of Granby Bay.
In 1910, the Granby Consolidated Mining, Smelting and Power Company (Granby Consolidated) started buying land in the area.
It would become one of the largest copper mining operations in the British Empire during this time
Granby Consolidated started construction of the town around 1912 and by 1914, with the mine and smelter in full operation the town had grown to a population of around 3,000 residents.
The town was remote and served by steamships as there were no road or rail connections to the outside world.
In the early 1920's a hydroelectric dam was built by engineer John Eastwood to supply electricity to the town and mining operation.
The Great Depression drove down the demand for copper, and was the beginning of the end for Anyox.
The mine shut down in 1935, and the town was abandoned.
In 1942 there was just a small crew remaining and a wildfire tore through the town and burned down all remaining wooden structures.
Join me on this adventure with my friend Mike and our guide Rob as we explore for 2 days to discover what remains.
Thank you for watching!
